How to code an animated flash mouse bar ?

Hello experts, 

I'm looking for a tutorial to create an animated navigation bar for my website.

It should animate when hovering over with the mouse on the navigation bar.

The animation can be of any type but the zoom in and left to right shift animation is preferred.

Where can I find such code to flash mouse bar?

You can create Animated Navigation Menu with CSS. I would give you two links with tutorials who will help you to create beautiful Navigation Menus. First tutorial you can see on this link:

It’s a but how to make unique and fun animated navigation bar.

There are CSS codes and very detail explanation what should you do. To see how it looks that navigation menu go to All Finished! A section on the bottom of the tutorial and click there to see the live demo.
