When we take photos through HD cameras, it produce very large size. They are difficult to use, to upload or to attach. Then we need to compress them. How to compress photos for email?

How to compress photos for email- Steps to follow.

When we take photos through HD cameras, it produce very large size. They are difficult to use, to upload or to attach. Then we need to compress them. We can compress them using Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

Step 1: Go to the file and make a copy of it.

Step 2: Rename it so that you don't get confuse.

Step 3: Save the copy file and close the original one.

Step 4: Select Open and then click on Microsoft Office Photo Manager.

Step 5: Click Compress Picture after selecting Edit Pictures.

Step 6: Choose the option out of Documents, Web Pages, and Email Messages.

Step 7: Click on File and then Save.
