I have a photo in JPG format and I want it to be converted as a line art style. I am using a Mac operating system. Is there a software that can convert a JPG to line art for Mac?
How to convert a jpg to line art for Mac
1. First you must select a .JPG file for line_art conversion.
2. Inkscape can be used to convert this one.
3. Select “File”, then “Open”, and then navigate your .JPG file in the Inkscape menu. Then click “OK”.
4. Select the .JPG file by clicking then eight arrows around the border will become visible.
5. Select “Path” and “Trace Bitmap” on the main menu of the conversion tool. Then, a pop-up window will appear.
6. Choose the "Update" button in the "Trace Bitmap" box. A line art preview conversion becomes visible.
7. Adjust the "Trace Bitmap" settings to create the look of your choice.
8. Start converting the .JPG to line art by pressing "OK" in the "Trace Bitmap" box.
9. Verify the results of the conversion done. Select and delete the .JPG to fully utilize your result.
10. The line art must be saved in a useful file format.
