You can try using Acrobat XI Pro or Acrobat XI Standard software to convert PDF files. Click on this to download a free trial.

Converting a PDF file to Word:

 

1. Open a PDF file in Acrobat XI.

2. Go to Tools, select Content Editing, and then choose Export File to Microsoft Word Document

3. Click on Settings and turn on optical character recognition if the PDF file you are trying to convert contains scanned text.

4. Create a name for the Word file then save it.
