I tried to sync my iPhone 3 with my new computer.  During the process, I lost my contacts, pictures and music.  Luckily I have them on my iPad.  How do I copy them to my phone?

How to Copy Data from iPad to iPhone

There are so many ways you can do that. You can buy software from iTumes that has the ability for this kind of service like MobileMe. You may also try to transfer contact via blue tooth. You may also sync your contact to your address book and later on sync to your iPhone or iPad.
