How to correct Proper Page Printing

Hello Experts

I got a problem and i don't know how to solve it so i hope to find anyone here to help me as when i've tried to print pages i found that there is a missing word from each line so how can I correct the proper page printing? Any Help

How to correct Proper Page Printing

 

Hello there! Check your margin settings if it is inside the printable area. Try to increase the margin width by going to File menu > Page Setup. Take note of the minimum margin settings that your printer has. Look at your printer manual to see the minimum margin settings. Also, you might want to do some head clean up and alignment of your printer cartridges. Go to the Control Panel > Printers. Right click on your printer icon and select Properties. Click on the Printing Preferences button. Look for your printer services and do the following:

> Align the Print Cartridges

> Clean the Print Cartridges

> Print a test page.
