I've already verified the paths and they are indeed valid folder with items inside them.

This problem arises when someone deletes any program directly from the installed folder. After deleting the program’s folder, some registry key related to that particular program still remains in Windows registry information. When the Computer starts up the Windows checks all the installed program, and if any program is missing according to it’s add remove program or registry list then that programs missing info generated to the user.
To Solve this problem, go to Start > Run> Type regedit and press enter. The registry edit program will open. Click on the Edit menu and then click Find. Now you have to type the name of the program which is generating the error message. In your posted picture, it seems to me that the Geography program or Program related to Geography was causing the error. So type & enter Geography (or the program related to Geography) in the Find box. You will surely find the registry info related to Geography. Delete all the info or folder regarding to Geography form the regedit program. Now Exit regedit. Restart the Computer and you will be error free.
