How could I update my server software

My software updating server is not responding.

The server is taken for a long time, and I want to update my server. I began to update my software but could not, as it requires more learning to do this.

How could I get my update software server?

How could I update my server software

Hi,

    The picture shows a network issue. Please make sure that the computer can connect to the internet. Updating firmware will take some time that is why I recommend using a direct connection to the internet instead of wireless network. Connect the Ethernet cable from the modem directly to your computer.

It will automatically detect network settings and you should be able to connect to the internet. If it failed, you'll have to do a simple reset which is called zapping the PRAM. You need to shutdown the computer completely and right after you press the power button to turn it back on,  press and hold down COMMAND-OPTION-P-R.

All 4 keys at the same time and wait for the third chime before you let go of the keys.

You should be able to connect to the internet and update the Operating System
