How to create alerting engine for MS Lync and OCS ?

Hi Experts,

I want software that allows me to make server based alerting engine for MS Lync and MS OCS. Or in other words you can say notification system. One of my colleagues suggested Instant Alert Manager for this purpose. Do you think it is suitable and will resolve my purpose in alerting through lync?

Dear Jolie Angeliname, your colleague is absolutely right! You know that "Integrating Instant Alert Manager" for OCS and Lync with Email. This application is enabled to dispatch a series of instant messages (IMs) to users.

Moreover, it's used to notify people who are running either Microsoft Lync or Microsoft OCS. It has developed an Alert Manager with an extensible API that any other systems praise it. It's definitely suitable for you
