How to create an annual calendar in outlook? Microsoft outlook application is just new to me; the company manager just trained me to this work and given a project of making an annual calendar report with important events for the year same as an organizer. How can I make this done using outlook software?

Hi,
MS Outlook is popular for email and time management. If you have a busy schedule then you have to manage the time. So MS Outlook is the best way to manage the time. Yes you can create an annual calendar. Please follow the instruction that I have given below.
1.      Select File > New > Folder when open the Outlook.
2.      Give a name to a folder and then there is a drop down list. In this list, Select Calendar Items.
3.      You have to select the location for your calendar. Then click ok.
4.      In the Outlook window, Click Calendar and then you can see an All Calendar Items pane.
5.      Click your calendar folder. Now you can change anything in this calendar.

You can easily create a annual calendar by using Microsoft outlook application. Now I am describing the whole procedure in short. Please follow all the steps
1.   Choice of folder
2.   Open Microsoft Outlook and go menu then click on calendar
3.   Then go to action menu and Click on the View Group Schedules
4.   Click the New button from Group Schedules box
5.   Finally you have to select the location for your calendar. Then click ok.
6.   from the Outlook window Click on Calendar
