I need to have my mainly used tools in a block.

Can i have exact steps to achieve this?

How to create a custom toolbar in excel 2007?

Excel allows the user to customize their own toolbar. The following steps will help you to create your own custom Toolbar.



1. Click "Customize" on the Tools menu and then click the Toolbars tab.

2. Click "New".

3. Type any desired name in the Toolbar name box and click OK.

4. Click the Commands Tab.

5. Now you can add a button or a built-in menu to the toolbar.

6. After you finished adding the buttons and menus, click close.

How to create a custom toolbar in excel 2007?

Creating a custom toolbar is only about some mouse clicks. Please follow the step one by one:

1. On the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Toolbars tab.
2. Click New.
3. In the Toolbar name box, type the name you want, and then click OK.
4. Click the Commands tab.
5. Do one of the following:

            + Add a button to the toolbar

            + Add a button to the toolbar (keyboard accessible)

            + Add a built-in menu to the toolbar

            + Add a built-in menu to the toolbar (keyboard accessible)

When you have added all the buttons and menus you want, click Close.
