How To Create A Email Group In Gmail In A Simplified Manner

Hi. Just in case if you are contacting a certain group of people on a daily basis, then creating a group or a list of those contacts will save a lot of time and will be very helpful. The steps to learn how to create a email group in Gmail are, first log in your Gmail account. On the left side of the Window, click on Gmail. After this, click on contacts under Gmail. Then, click on the new group option and name the group. Click on OK to create the new group. You will now be able to see the name of the group under my contacts. Click on the name of the group to open it. An icon will appear for adding contacts to the newly created group. After the e-mail address of the contact appears on the screen, click on the add option which appears below it. Follow this procedure until and unless all the contacts which you need get added to the group. Then return to the original page and click on compose to create a new e-mail. In the “To” field, add the name of the group which you have just created and all those contacts present in the group will appear as recipients in the e-mail. Click on send.

Hope we helped.
