How to create PDF port?

I want to create PDF port using Foxit like I did with adobe acrobat reader. Is this possible.

For some work reasons I need to create the PDF port. I am a new user of Foxit.

So, I am looking for a solution for the question created in my mind- how to create a PDF port in Foxit?

Experts please help.

How to create PDF port?

Hello Virginia,

I think you should not look for the port.

Just print your document, then in the printer choices, look for an Foxit printer, and choose it, after you choose it and print, the Foxit program should start and you should see your work in Foxit interface and will let you choose what document format you will convert it.

How to create PDF port?

If you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader and now you want to try Foxit Reader and also create or add a port just like what you did with Adobe Acrobat Reader, install the application first. Download the latest Foxit Reader and install it. Once installed, click “Start”, “Control Panel”, “Printers and Other Hardware” then “Printers and Faxes”. Right-click “Foxit Reader PDF Printer” and select “Properties”.

In “Foxit Reader PDF Printer Properties” window, go to “Ports” tab then check “FOXIT_Reader”. By default, this box is checked. If you want to add another port, click “Add Port” then follow the instructions. If you were able to successfully add a port to Adobe Acrobat Reader, the process is the same.
