How to create template email in Outlook 2010?

To send a message whose information changes infrequently, you can compose an E-mail template, and then use it whenever you want.

1. Go to the Home tab, and click on New E-mail.

2. Type the details in the body of the message.

3. Now, go to the File menu, and click on Save As.

4. Give the name to your file, and from the drop-down menu of the Save As Type, choose Outlook Template.

5. Lastly, click on Save.

Now, whenever you want to send that message, open it in your browser and customize the client name.
