Heard about Virtual PC create, I am using Windows XP, Will I be able to create a Virtual PC within my PC, which can be accessed inside any user.

You can definitely create a Virtual PC on your Windows XP. The first thing you need to do is download a Virtual Emulator. I would personally recommend you “Oracle VM VirtualBox”. After downloading it, you need check if your PC has the minimal requirement to run the new Operating System Virtually. If it does, download the OS, and follow the easy steps in VM VirtualBox.
