I am using Unity 4.0 version and my operating system is Windows 7. I want to create camera wave effects unity3d. Can anyone help me in commands?

How to create wave effects in unity 3D for Windows 7

One wave effect that you can do is by doing the Heat Distortion Shader. But the thing is it is only available in Unity Pro. If you have that, then you will see the Heat Distortion Shader inside the Detonator Package.

The Only Unity Pro can allow you to grab an image and distort it using a bump map. So if you think you have the Pro Version, you may do some programming tweaks and follow the codes in this link. To know more about heat distortion tutorial, you can watch this YouTube video by clicking on this link.
