I want to deploy printers to users or computers by using Group Policy, please let me know how to deploy printer’s group policy in a group of users?

How To Deploy Printer’s Group Policy?

Use the following steps to deploy printer’s group policy

1. Open Print Management.

2. In the center pane right-click the appropriate printer and Deploy with group policy.

3. Click Print servers and click the appropriate print server and click Printers.

4. Click Browse and create a new GPO.

5. Click OK.

6. Specify whether to deploy to user or computers

7. Click ADD 8. Repeat steps 3 to 6 to add the printer connection. 9. Click OK.
