If you want to disable one keyboard, then both keyboards will be turned off. Then you won't be able to use any of the keyboards. If your external keyboard works, then you don't need of turning off built in keyboard. You can use both keyboard at a time which will give you new experience of operating computer.

Nope, unfortunately, you cannot do that. Your Toshiba Satellite L555 laptop keyboard runs on a single driver which Microsoft Windows uses for any type of keyboard whether it is built-in like in the case of a laptop, PS/2, and USB-type keyboard. The driver, which you can access via the Device Manager, can easily be disabled.
But doing this, since it is the general and only driver used in the operating system, will also disable any keyboard that you connect to your computer. So basically, there’s no way to disable the main keyboard on your laptop unless it has a special button like with the touchpad that you can press to disable the keyboard physically from functioning.
But unfortunately, I haven’t seen a single laptop that has this button. Though you cannot technically disable the keyboard on your laptop, you can always use an external keyboard like a USB keyboard, for example, which you can connect to any USB port on your laptop.
