How to do Firefox tuning for better performance?

Hi,

I am interested in Firefox tuning, so, is there any kind of way to tune Firefox, like a tweak or something, to get better performance, similar to Google Chrome? If someone knows, please tell me.

From faster flash, to increasing the speed of Firefox, keyboard shortcuts, mouse shortcuts, reduction of ram usage, tab navigation, auto-complete and icon appeal.
