How Do I Backup My iphone On My Computer?

I have an iphone and need a backup of my data. I know icloud is an easier option, but do not have much space. How do i backup my iphone on my computer?

How Do I Backup My iphone On My Computer?

To take a backup of iphone on your computer, you just need a data cable and itunes installed on your computer. Connect your phone to computer. Itunes will open automatically. You might get an option to select whether you want to allow this computer access to your data. Click on allow. When you see your iphone appear in itunes, click on it.

Then, enter the summary tab. In it, you will see the backup option. For reference, check the image below: Under backup, click on this computer. Also, click on encrypt backup, if your data includes important information. Then, click on “backup now”.
