There are several ways, by which you can block porn sites from your computer.

1. Google safe search: Assuming your children are still too young to have had a chance of memorising actual porn website names, you can start up google and click on search settings. In that, you will see a safesearch check box. Check it as shown below: Now, when they search for anything, porn websites will not show up. If you want to protect these changes with a password, click on Lock safesearch. Now, you will get the option of choosing a password. Choose a strong one. Now, without the password, no one can remove the filtering.

You need a microsoft account for this. Just install this software on your computer. Then, sign it with your microsoft account. You will see an option of “who you want to monitor” in the overview tab. Just select all the accounts given(the accounts will be displayed using your contacts list). Also, remember to “disable guest accounts”. Finally, go to the the restrictions tab. Use the toggle button to click filtering as shown:
