Hello,

I want a good quality image, even after converting to it from a pdf file, since I need to edit it in Photoshop. So, how can I convert pdf files to tiff format because tiff images are high-quality images?

You can convert your pdf file to tiff format in both online and offline mode. There are some online sites to convert your pdf to tiff format. You can check one of them here (http://www.pdfaid.com/pdf-to-tiff.aspx) which even allows you to set the quality of the image.
