How do I get around DataSafe Local – Premium Edition DSUpdate Error?

Hello,

I get a C++ Runtime Error when DataSafe checks for updates. My DataSafe application version is 9.4.60.

The error is given below.

I have paid for this so where can I find support for this?

What is the solution for this error?

Here is the thing I found in an update log.

How do I get around DataSafe Local – Premium Edition DSUpdate Error?

There are few possibilities for why this error is coming up.

If there is a fault in the program

1. If there is any type of problem in the program then you must tackle it first.
2. Make sure that the installation process of the software was done successfully and all the things required during installation were ticked.
3. If you happen to miss any of those then you need to reinstall it.

If there is something else

1. It might be due to little software missing from the system.
2. Download and install the latest version of the .NET framework and see if the error is removed or not.
