There are lots of web hosting services online. Free professional quality webhosting are not common. If it's free, then it's probably not professional. But here are links where you'll get free web hosting with cpanel (and other languages: php, mysql, etc), with no ads:

1. You can use Hostgator, although they are not free but they are the cheapest that will let you try your first month for only $0.01.

They have a cPanel and Fantastic to install scripts to your website.

They are very reputable web host in the competition right now.

2. You can use Hostgator coupon codes 2012, it's also some of the other ways to get cheaper in your web hosting.
