How do I get an internet speed tray icon in windows 7?

Hallo, Guys! Does Microsoft Windows 7 have an internet speed tray icon that I can easily hover to check on my connection and the speed? I have fumbled trying to figure it out with no success. If that is not there, is there a third party application that I can use to achieve the same results? There are times when I do not want to go through the tedious process of checking my speed on the internet but basically using an icon that would make it easier for me to monitor the connection.

You need to download an application. The software and applications that you install relating to these tasks shows their icon in system tray.
