How do i get rid annoying download this video pop-ups

Hi,

I have two platforms for downloading videos through the web(Real player & Internet Download Manager). Whenever i open a web page containing a video, the two programs instantly detect & pop up small windows asking if to download . I don't download all the time but the pop ups are a nuisance, how do i change the settings to turn off how to download this video dialog?

Hi,                                                                                                                                                                                                                              In IDM you can stop automatic downloads from specific websites. First open IDM , open the downloads menu then click on file types, you will see a box there that says “don’t start automatically downloading from the following sites” you can edit the list there and start adding those websites.
