How do I install Android Operating System on Notebook
Hi Anonymous,
Follow the below to install Android operating system on your notebook :
-
You have to download bootable Android x86 iso file and have to push into your USB storage device by UNetBootIn.
-
Then insert your USB drive into your notebook and choose the boot option, as USB drive from the BIOS option and now restart your Notebook.
-
You can see that installing process will be started.
-
If you want to install it as other operating system then select your hard drive partition and format your hard drive using EXT3 format.
-
Then you have to choose the GRUB boot loader.
-
When your installation will be finished then reboot your Notebook and enjoy Android Operating system on your Notebook.
Thank you

Technically speaking Android OS is meant for mobile devices, however there is an image available known as Android OS Live which can be installed on PC/ Laptop. However, it may not support all your Hardware. Its better to install it in some VM Software like VMWare (paid), VBox (free).Â
Installation is like Linux installation and only Support EXT3 file system.Â
Download the Live OS and burn it on a CD/ DVD, boot from it, Android Live will run and before installing the same form the installation make sure that all your Hardware is supported.Â
If you want to dual boot with windows you'll also have to use Boot Manager like GRUB.
