How do I install a new printer without disc?

I bought a new hp printer.

But I  am unable to install the software.

Because my disc drive cannot read the disc.

Is there any other way I can do it?

How do I install a new printer without disc?

You can just simply go to the HP website and look for the driver and once the it is downloaded then do the following solutions below.

Solution 1:

Double click the downloaded file in the internet then follow the most easy procedure to install the file. Just press next on everything but if you do understand some of the features you are installing then I suggest that you do a Custom installation of the driver.

Solution 2;

You can also try extracting the file you downloaded and then insert the printer already. Then it will prompt you that a new device is plugged in. Simply select custom for driver search then include the folder where you placed you driver. This way you won't need to wait that long install your printer.

Hello,

You don't have to worry about it. Just go to and search for a driver for your printer model and operating system.

Or you can search it in any search engine. You will find it easily.

Then download and simply install it on your PC. That's it. Now, you are able to use your printer.
