Hey, guys!
I need help in making diagrams in MS Excel. It is safe to assume that only the people who are familiar with excel should answer this question. I want to create a file in Excel and then transform it into a Gephi file. What I want is to make a diagram in which different people are shown. In the diagram, I want to show social connections of people with the ability to add comments as well. How can I make an Excel file in a way that it can also be compatible with Gephi? For instance, I want to make a file like this: Les Miserables.gexf.
If there is a way to do this, then please let me know. Thank you!

How do I make an Excel file compatible with Gephi
Here are sample files that can be imported in Gephi (Data Lab > Import CSV) and Excel.
you can also add a new attribute and fill the rows by hand. It will be directly available for ranking or partitioning if possible.

Hi,
Nodes and Edges are the formats when you are creating Gephi, most widely used , CSV extension files. In here, row equals to node or edge. You can import CSV file by following steps.
Data Lab >> Import CSV.
After importing CSV file, you can add new attributes and you can fill rows manually. Please follow these links and get more details.
