How do I record video from display Mac Lion?

Hi.  I have the 27" iMac that has the 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 675MX Video Card and OSx Mountain Lion.  Is there a way to record video from display Mac Lion with audio?  I also need it to be saved as a QuickTime movie.
