Hi,
I did all that and still it didn't change. I still have Vista 7 on my PC and can't get in to it. It still says no drive when I try to sign in. Can I put my Windows XP on it? Â Like that better anyway.

Put the Vista restore disk in the computer drive, reboot the PC. If it does not automatically boot from the CD, you may have to select the option right after boot start-up. Look for an option for one time boot device or boot menu on the black or blue boot screen. You may have to select Setup or BIOS from the boot menu and change the boot order, making the DVD drive the 1st boot device.

Put the CD into the CD-ROM. Then restart your PC and boot the cd from the CD-ROM. It will ask you to press any key for boot from CD. Then press any key for one time and let the windows vista to work on installation. I am sure it will help you, try this.
