when i bought my kaspersky anti virus an installed in my computer, I followed all the steps.the computer prompted that i should uninstall Norton on the system. i did but next i try to install it prompted the same how do i remove Norton from the pc

How do i remove norton 360 from pc

Try the following workarounds:

Click Start and then go to Control Panel menu. Click on Add/Remove Programs and then search for the Norton Internet Security from the list. Click on it and then click Add/Remove. If you will be prompted with some warning messages, just acknowledge it to continue and then restart your computer to complete the uninstallation process of Norton Internet Security. Ensure that you already removed the program by checking on the Start menu and see if it's still there. I Am sure that It is still visible and it failed to uninstall. And then download the Norton Removal Tool on Symantec website. Run it and restart your computer again.

How do i remove norton 360 from pc

This the way how to remove Norton 360 to your personal computer. First,  click the Start, then go to Control Panel. Double click the Add or Remove program, then find the Symantec or Norton product listed and click on it. This image will appear.

 

Click the Remove and You'll see an image like this.

Click the Remove All button to start removal process. If removal process completes, restart the computer and Reboot at that time. After Rebooting Norton should be removed to your system.
