How do I repair a bad sector in memory card?

Hi guys.  I have a lot of mpeg and JPEG files on my 8 GB Sandisk SD memory card.  I was accessing it one day and all the files were gone.  So I did a scan using checkdisk and it detected bad sectors.  How do I repair a bad sector in memory card?

Hi,

            Actually Bad sectors is just a term used for Hard Disk drive there is no such things as bad sectors in memory card because it uses Chipset technology. But anyway try using “Hirens Boot CD” it’s a PC tool Compilation software that can help you with your problem there is also a tool that can help you recover corrupted files from your memory card.
