How do I unlock my Droid 4 phone?

I tried to set a pin to lock and unlock my Droid 4. It is asking for a PUK code, which I am not familiar with. And my phone is now locked.

How do I unlock my Droid 4 phone?

Hi,

PUK code is associated with the SIM card of your phone. Sometimes this code is labeled on the card where your SIM was attached when you bought it. If you don’t have this then you may call your Service Provider. They will provide you your PUK code. Keep us posted!
