How to do the mov capture in premiere ?

I am using premiere for video editing. I want to make the video in .mov format for the QuickTime player. How to do the mov capture in premiere? Is it possible?

How to do the mov capture in premiere ?

 

You use premiere for video editing. I suppose, you are using Adobe Premiere for that purpose. You want to capture .mov format video in premiere. This is a very good idea, because, this format is very good foe editing. However, If you are facing problems in this, then you may see this video:
