How to do outlook express insert template html?

Hi,

I am using outlook express 2003 and I want to know how to outlook express insert template html?

I want to insert html template into outlook express for sending mails, but I don't know the way to create html email template in outlook express.

Please someone enlighten me how to do this task.

How to do outlook express insert template html?

Hi Benjamin,

Good day.

Here’s how you can create an html template in your MS Outlook Express 2003.

1. From Outlook Express, Go to "Tools “ and then select Options.";

2. Look for the "Compose" tab, then check the "Mail" option from Stationery.

If you wish to create a new template. Click on "Create New" and follow the steps provided by the Wizard. Outlook Express also gives you a very easy way to create an email message template, using whatever pictures, font styles, background images, styles and HTML you desired. Just create an HTML web page, design your template or letterhead, then from the "Compose" tab, click on "Select";

3. Browse to the location of your HTML page template and select it. This template will be used for all your outgoing email messages.

4. Hit "Ok" button and there you have it, HTML page template for all your emails.
