I have just upgraded from vista to windows 7 but I have failed to do the rpm speed check in windows 7, any ideas out there? Please help.

How to do the rpm speed check in windows 7?

Hi Asten, to do the rpm speed of your hard drive I’ve got something for you. Go to www.hdtune.com and download hdtune. It’s a hard disk utility with many functions. How to do the rpm speed check in windows 7?

Hi Asten,

You can also check your hard disk's speed (in RPM) using a utility like Speccy.

 

It does not only provide you with the hard disk information but also give details about your CPU, Motherboard, Memory (RAM) and many others. 

 

You can also monitor your systems temperature like the motherboard, hard drives and CPU.
