How do we get around this error message with different applications?

Hello everybody,

I get this error as I try to use different applications on Windows 7 like Yahoo! Messenger.

Bad Image

C:Windowssystem32 igd10umd32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try reinstalling the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I am using the latest versions of those applications and tried by reinstalling them and replacing *.dll files but all in vain.

Please give a solution for this.

How do we get around this error message with different applications?

Hello,

Based on my experience on this type of error message, this will be true to other application to be installed, not just yahoo messenger, my first encounter to this problem, is I removed all installed drivers in windows 7, after I reinstalled all the divers, I downloaded the new version of yahoo messenger, and installed it perfectly. Please also check for some virus in your computer, try to use reliable anti- virus software, run also some cleaners to be sure that registry are not been maliciously change, there are also some possibilities of some anti-key logger software.
