Hi there are a number of ways you can use to do WiFi IP scan for free. One you can download a free ip scanner advanced that's easy to use. It allows you to locate all computers&their IP addresses as long as they are within the WiFi network range in a matter of seconds. Here is a screenshot of how a free IP scan looks like:

Another way is to use the Command prompt(Cmd) to scan for detected Ip addresses through your router.From your computer.Follow this simple steps:

Go to Start at the bottom of the task bar.
Click and RUN then type the word "Cmd"
After it opens type "arp-a" without the quotes.
Press Enter tab.
It will show you all the Ip addresses, physical address and type of connectivity(dynamic or static) found within your WiFi range.
