How do you create fillable PDF documents?

I have some PDFs forms that I want to convert into fillable PDFs. Unfortunately, I do not know how doing this. What software do I need to enable PDF viewers to input data into specific fields?

How do you create fillable PDF documents?

There are ways on how to convert an existing form into fillable PDF form. It can be by converting the file over the internet, download a software to make the form fillable or you can follow the steps below by using Adobe Acrobat XI.

1. Click the tool pane and open the form panel to click create.
2. Select the existing document and click next.
3. You may choose any of the following options
   • Use the existing file or choose another one. If you are using different document, you should browse the file and click continue.
   • If you are using a scan paper form you must convert it into PDF fillable form.
4. The Acrobat will analyze the file and adds form fields. You must inspect the form fields list and use the form names when getting and analyzing date. Make sure that each name should be unique and descriptive.
5. If you want to edit fields you must select the field and click Edit Fields in the Task Panel.
6. Preview the form by clicking it at the top of the form editing toolbar.
7. Now if you are finished, click the close form editing button and save your form.
