How do you unlock an encrypted winrar without the password?

Hi,

I was searching for a file over the net and I was able to download a rar file.

When I extracted it, the file was a WinRAR and encrypted.

Attached was a text file saying to go over the website and download the text file contacting the password.

When I tried to download it, I have to answer a survey and unfortunately, the survey is not available in my country.

I have tried rar unlocker but it doesn't work.

So how do you unlock an encrypted WinRAR when you don't have the password?

How do you unlock an encrypted winrar without the password?

Thank you for your questions.

Your problems are you cannot do a survey as its not supported in your country and the second question is you use a software to break the password but it would not work.

In terms of the first question you can use the survey killer software, which may help you. And if the survey is not available in your locality then use the Hotspot shield software.

You can use any other hide IP software too.

And for the second question I recommend the following software. This software is highly equipped.
