I want to know that I have placed my Router on various heights to see alteration in the Internet Speed of my Internet Connection. How does a Router Affect Internet Speed? Someone, please tell.

How does a Router Affect Internet Speed?

It is not only the ISP that is responsible for Slow Internet Connection. You have to ensure that your router works on the 802.11n standard. The router causes no problem if it is only two to three years old. If it is older, then it can possibly cause problems.

The dual-band routers provide 5 GHz Carrier Frequency besides the Orthodox 2.4 GHz.

The Routers are changed because of rapid increase in Video Streaming, Video Calls, and other such things. The older Routers do not come up with the requirements, and they lose the speed.
