How to download animated human characters for my project?

Hello experts,

I have a project which includes adobe flash player and we are required to make an animated human character. Where can I download the Adobe flash player for free? And can you give me some tutorials about this project, I really need your help so that I will be able to finish this on time. Hoping for your kindness guys.

There are two types of character animation in Flash, but you will need an animated studio to do this easily. 

1. Traditional – This can be utilized by Flash tools that comes with traditional animated frames to make a unique 2d character animations. 

2. Paper Doll – This can be utilized by using symbols that you can animate with the use of tween. It only needs drawings with narration.
