Hello guys,

How to download free service desk Visio diagrams? There are some sample template diagrams all over the internet but some are not secured and when I try to run or extract the files there are some data lost or errors. I want to be sure for the last time. Thank you.

The Microsoft Company has released twenty Visio templates and diagrams last year. All this templates can be downloaded free of charge. Here is the link for the twenty templates and here is the direct link for the help desk diagram.

If in any case you are not satisfied with the diagram, here is another template provided to you by the other site.

Click the link and find the help desk diagram written on the list.
