How to Expand Office Network
In my office network I have connected 5 PCs through a router. I want to expand the network with another 5 PCs but I don't have a switch. I have DSL modem. Can the DSL modem be used as a switch or not?

DSL modem is designed to work to only 1 computer but this depends of the type of modem you've got. That might be a modem/router or a gateway that's capable of using multiple computer, wired and wireless connection.
But if this DSL modem has only 1 LAN port, then it's not. Buy a switch if you don't have. Get another router if they have that available in your office. You can also replace the current router you have that has 5 ports to 8 ports.
If the additional 5 PC's are all laptop, then you can configure all those 5 to connect wireless.
* Look for wireless icon in the system tray
* Click it and it should display the list of network detected
* Select the work's SSID or wireless network name
* Connect on that network and type the network security key
* This should let you connect all 5 computers if they are Wi-Fi capable
