How to find css Facebook like chat bar tutorial?

 

The Facebook chat is done in Javascript .According to me One thing you should make sure that  web host allows you to offer a chat applet, as many don't because of the server load required to maintain it. A idea I can give you, if you decide to make your own  css facebook like chat bar to your web site , is that using a regular database is a system killer.
