How to find single word domain, is there anybody here know more about domain names? I need to learn more about domain, domain names and domain servers for a specific project. Site some examples and discuss more about this. Thank you

Hello Chris,

Domain name is the name that use to identify a website or resource in the internet. You can visit a site by typing its server IP address on the address bar. But it is very difficult to remember  the IP address for each site. Instead of using IP address you can use a unique name for the website as reference. That is called a domain name. Domain names are stored in Domain Name Servers. They are similar to index in a book that keeps the names and corresponding IP addresses.  If user sends a requests  It translate your human readable domain name to the associated IP address and ask server to serve the website.
