How To Fix Corrupt Zip File?

I have a zip file that was sent to my bookkeeper. They keep telling me the file is corrupt and they can not open it  Is the a guaranteed way to zip a file so they can always open it? Or a program that I can suggest they use to open it?

How To Fix Corrupt Zip File?

When zipping a file, select all the files you want to put together, right click and then select 'add to archive. When opening the same, for best result create a new folder. Put the zipped file there. Now right click on it and click 'extract here'. This should work fine, provided you have downloaded/ installed your zipping software properly.
