Well, there are indeed several ways of fixing this problem:

You can do it manually by opening the Tools menu in IE, then select Internet Options. Once there look for the advanced page of that resulting dialog box, there look for and click on “Disable script Debugging (IE)” option.
If that does not work try one of the following, and find the one that fixes the problem.

Try to update the internet explorer components, and , if possible the Service pack of your computer.

Clean your internet temporal files with a tool like Ccleaner, that way you can optimize both computer and Internet software.
