How to fix this error, Zune software is not launched.

Hi,

I have a Windows phone and I wanted to run an app from app store. But when I load Visual studio in order to choose “Windows phone 7 Device” I get an error. Zune is already running and I would like to test the app on my PC. I am the one who created this app and it is available in my computer.

Is there another way to test it or how can I solve this error.

Error: Zune software is not launched. Retry after making sure that Zune software is launched.

Hello Christy,

Your problem isn't too hard. You have misconfigured something. That is creating this problem.

Use deployment of Windows Phone 7 instead of the emulator. After selecting Windows Phone 7 Emulator, your problem will be solved.
